Bio

I was born in Vilnius. At the age of six, I started taking private piano lessons. In 1999 I entered the National M. K. Čiurlionis Gymnasium of Arts, the class of choral conducting. I started singing in the choir and later gave concerts both in Lithuania and abroad. In those years I was immersed in classical music and my favourite composer was L. Wan Beethoven.

In 2008, I entered the Juozas Tallat-Kelpša Conservatory in Vilnius, where I got more in touch with jazz music and met many musicians.

There I discovered a completely different kind of music - jazz.

My favourite singers were Eva Cassidy and Diana Krall. I met Linas Karaliūnas during my studies and it was only after graduating from the Conservatoire that I got involved in music with the RMSC. It was only when we started playing together that we had many concerts all over Lithuania. From 2012 to 2013 we lived and performed in Germany, and now I'm back in Lithuania again, I've enrolled in the Faculty of Arts of Vilnius College, I studied piano with Sigitas Giedraitis, and vocal with Vita Sasnauskienė.

I have participated in the following festivals:

    '05 Lithuanian Song Festival
    '09 Vilnius Gospel Festival
    '10 Vilnius Gospel Festival
'13 "In Latino" with RMSC project "Visions from Brazil"
'14 Sea Festival with RMSC "Salsa Project"
'15 "Jazz Voices" XIII National Selection
'15 "Jazz Fountain", nomination for maturity of interpretation
